RETURNS
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase if you are unhappy with the item(s) that you have received.
Please note that we can only provide a refund or exchange if we a mistake has been made packing your order (i.e. we sent the wrong thing) or if we agree that the item received is not as described or faulty.
If your return has been accepted, please allow a reasonable time for your refund to be processed.
Please note that this can take up to 14 days depending on your method of payment and financial institution.
Please do not dispute the transaction with your bank. Our payment processor charges us $15 for chargebacks regardless of the outcome.
As a small business, losing a sale plus having to pay for a dispute can be financially crippling, please act with kindness.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are using Australia Post (recommended), please provide us with the tracking number as proof of mailing in case the item does not arrive. You are also welcome to return your items to our store at Plant 4, 5 Third Street, Bowden SA 5008. Please check our home page for opening hours.
EXCHANGES
We may accept exchanges where you have contacted us within seven days of delivery confirmation, and only where the item has not been used or damaged. You are responsible for all postage or shipping fees associated with any exchange.

SHIPPING
We ship orders every Monday. We do this because, firstly, we have daytime jobs, and secondly, to be more efficient. We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle (courier service) within Australia. We use Australia Post for International shipping.
Australia Post can take up to 6 working days to arrive. If your item has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please notify us.
SENDLE is a courier service that is more cost-effective than Australia Post. If you are in the CBD or adjacent suburbs, you can usually expect same or next-day delivery. For areas outside of this, Sendle can take up to 6 days to arrive. If your item has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please notify us.
We accept no responsibility for items that go missing after we have dispatched them. If you require insurance please let us know before you make your payment so that we can tell you how much extra it will cost.

We have made every effort to describe all products as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
